Using Simply Dial is as easy as 123...

When you make a call via Simply Dial, you only pay for calling one of the Simply Dial access numbers. It is your service provider that will charge you - not us. So, for example, if you made a 30 minute call to India from a BT phone, you would see a call to our 0844 number, a duration of 30 minutes and a charge of 44p (including 13.87p call set up fee) on your following BT bill - and absolutely no charges by us. Simple!
The prices shown on this site are BT's charges per minute for calling the Simply Dial access number and you are charged per second from connection to the Simply Dial service. If you're not with BT you need to check with your service provider how much they will charge for calls made to the Simply Dial access numbers. Some mobile service providers even bundle some of the Simply Dial access numbers into certain free minutes packages. If you are thinking of using a Simply Dial access number from your mobile phone, please first check the charges with your mobile service provider.
Note, there is a surcharge from BT payphones - please check at the point of making your call.
You can use Simply Dial from your mobile phone too, giving you massive savings compared to international mobile tariffs.
With some mobile tariffs, 0844 and 0871 calls may be bundled with your free minutes package - just make sure that you check the rates with your mobile service provider before making your calls.
When you call from a mobile, remember to only press the call or send button after dialing the access number but not again after dialing the destination number.
